Hi, I’m Fabian Wimmer

I grew up playing in the forests around my small German hometown, where my love for nature began. After years as a mechatronic engineer turned software developer, I left it all behind to follow my curiosity, a journey that led me to my first aurora in Tasmania. Since then, I’ve chased the northern and southern lights across the globe and finally found my part-time home in Abisko. Today, I share these incredible experiences with visitors from around the world, using photography and storytelling to bring the wonders of the Arctic to life.
